After focusing on marking papers last week I will be busy cleaning my house this week , so nothing new, nothing fancy. Just the same old delightfully easy and yummy recipes!!
My menus must be quick and easy and I have found that I use my crockpot at least twice a week! Here is my menu plan for this week.
Breakfasts are Cereal, Whole Wheat Waffles , Homemade Oatmeal, or Whole Wheat Bread with PB&J. Wow! I am still amazed that other than having store bought cereal and PB&J, the rest of our breakfasts are made from scratch!!!
Lunches are usually Leftovers
Suppers this week are:
Monday Crockpot Stew
Tuesday Veggie Bake I might try to add a can of chicken or salmon to this.
Wednesday Scott's Hamburger Soup
Thursday Pasta & Veggies (if I find time to go grocery shopping and get the fresh veggies!)
Friday Pizza Night (maybe I will try a homemade pizza - have to see how the week goes and if I get out to get groceries!!!)
Saturday Chicken (have not decided on a recipe yet)
Sunday Southwestern Pot Roast
Most of these are one dish type meals so we usually have a slice of fresh Whole Wheat Bread as a side. We have also been trying to eat more raw veggies so we have been having that and Veggie Dip.

Oh My! All your recipes look so yummy :)
Especially your brother's soup..mmmmm
Your menu sounds great! I love my crockpot, too! I have just started serving more raw veggies and my 5 year old loves ranch so much that he'll eat a ton of vegetables if he gets to dip them in ranch! Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog!
Your veggie bake looks great! I was looking for a recipe to use up the extra noodles I boiled tonight, so I think this will work out perfectly!
Go girl!!!!! I usually use devotionals and I read them over and over and that is how I memorize most of my verses that I know by heart. It's amazing how something comes up in your life and that verse just popped up at just the ime you need it most. God is good!
