Whole Wheat Waffles

These are very yummy and passed the kid test. My kids went from Eggos to these without any question or complaint!  In fact they preferred these and asked for them again and again!!!

Mix together dry ingredients:
3 cups freshly milled flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder

Add liquids:
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
3 cups buttermilk (add 1 tbsp vinegar for each cup of regular milk to substitute for buttermilk)

Stir until just mixed, pour onto hot waffle maker. Makes about 20 waffles that freeze well.
