Facebook posts transfer project

 It is 2021 and there is a mass exodus from the big social media sites.  I have actually not used Facebook since last summer when I banished myself from it while I was working on a 7 week project.  I did not need the huge distraction!  Well once the work project was over I did not go back, mainly because it was election season and I didn't want to be inundated with all that negativity.  Then the election was over and clearly it got even more negative.  Anyway, I decided that I would begin to transfer all my memories, photos and interesting FB posts over to this platform.  

I don't really expect that anyone will ever follow this blog anymore, this is just a project to salvage my many, many precious memories from FB.  I have been on FB since my kids were in diapers so this could take awhile!  I plan to make the posts here with same date as the original FB post date...if I remember to change it lol

Pretty funny with them wearing Papa Joe's hats. It was so cute how they both tried to feed the cows some straw and even funnier that I never prompted them to do it!!

Sam was a big helper with the horses. They all fed the horses carrots and none of them had any fear of the big horses, they had a great time.

Me: haha that was funny. There was another dog there and they were snarly at each other trying to protect the carrots that they stole from the kids, the same carrots that the kids took back from the horses.

William: carrots can bring out the worst in people and creatures alike...

Whenever Carlee sees the camera she says cheese and then blinks for the flash, but this time it was set on video and there was no flash. She just couldn't figure it out!

Sam's 1st birthday

 

Sam had ice cream cake for his first birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed it!

I have so many funny videos of Sam, he is our little clown, but this is one of my favorites because it captured his adorable little laugh as well as his little attitude and how quickly he could change that attitude.
