Chili

This is my Mom's recipe except that I use black beans instead of kidney beans(yuck). It is very zippy (technical term!) so use less seasonings for a milder chili, especially the chili powder.

1-2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion, diced
Brown beef & onion then drain

Add the following ingredients:
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can beans
1 can mushrooms
1 can corn
3 stalks celery, diced

Also add seasonings,
1 tsp Chili Powder (less for milder chili)
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
