Psalm 20

verse 7 Some nations boast of their armies and weapons, but we boast in the Lord our God.

Observation

There are some disturbing and scary things going on in the world. The nations of the world never seem to have enough power. But what is the most important? God's power!!!

God is in control of all world events. What happens to this country and who will lead it is determined by God.

Application

Our first loyalty is to God, our trust is in His wisdom. We can have confidence during times of hardship because our faith is stongly rooted.

Prayer

Lord, thank you for your Word and helping me to understand how you are speaking to me. Please continue to guide me in what is important and the paths I need to be on.
