It simply amazes me how time can slip away! I looked back and was literally shocked that it has been nearly two months since I last posted. Good grief! Well, time to get back into a routine - haha that is joke. More on that in a bit.
I have been contemplating for a couple days how to get back into this. Of course I could just pick up as of now and go forward. But there is so much that happened in the last two months that I want to update you on, I have lots of great pictures and a few funny videos to post. Not to mention all the changes that will soon take place. Oh yeah and then there is the Photo Journal project to blog stories and photos that happened before I started to blog. UGGG when will I ever have the time!
Okay, let's start with a quick update of the last two months...
end of March - my mom arrived and I was plunged into two weeks worth of grading CMA papers, with double than normal when my marking partner was not able to mark her share so I picked them up. Those were two weeks were crazy!
April - we spent a few days near Baltimore looking for a place to rent and found a great place, which I will blog about later.
- after Easter I spent several days in bed with headaches and fighting some kind of bug, blah! This was about the same time that hubby was gone for a few days to Kentucky (the kids said he was in Ducky haha). Anyway, that week was pretty much written off.
- soon my mom had been here for 4 weeks and my dad arrived. Just in time for some beautiful weather, a day trip to the beach, and several days cleaning up our huge yard.
May - my mom & dad went home, I spent two full days helping at our church fundraiser, two more days in bed with headaches blah, and here we are in the middle of May already.
To come... My cousin is coming to visit on Saturday for a week so we will be off doing fun touristy/toddler-friendly stuff. Then I will spend the last week of May getting ready for the movers. They are tentatively scheduled to start packing on June 1, but that is not confirmed yet.
June will be spent unpacking and getting to know the area around our new home. Hopefully we will not be offline for too long. Oh yeah, the worst part of moving so far away from the city is that we will no longer have highspeed internet. I am looking into wireless and am hoping I will not be over the usage limits Yikes!!!
Okay, I am off to decide what pictures & videos to post...

If you get a pretty (rain free) day, check out the Norfolk Botanical Garden. They have a "World of Wonders" kids garden. The kids can even get wet!
